- One. Our pastor Dave Havir is the only employee of COGBS.

- Nothing. Since its inception, the trustees have served without compensation.
- How do you pay for the building?
- COGBS is a non-profit organization and we gratefully receive tithes, offerings, and other donations from individuals. Each donor is issued a year-end receipt for his or her contributions. We appreciate the support of many people around the United States, Canada, and other countries around the world. To make a contribution, click here.
- How do you pay for the services and materials you provide?
- A budget committee made up of members of the congregation meets at the beginning of each year to establish the budget for that year. The budget is then presented to the Board of Trustees for authorization.
